Gootter Grand Slam

The Gootter Grand Slam is an annual tennis tournament and pro-exhibition drawing Tucson's top players and featuring matches between tennis legends. Named after Steve Gootter, an accomplished athlete, the event is held each spring. 

Music, food, and a wellness fair create a wonderful environment to play, watch and learn more about sudden cardiac death.  A gala dinner kicks off the tournament, featuring foods from around the world, entertainment and a live auction.

• Super Gootter Junior Tennis Tournament - Saturday, March 28th
  Randolph Tennis Center at 10am
  Tickets: $25 per spectator (includes food & drink)
• Gala Dinner honoring Dr. Gordon Ewy - Saturday, March 28th
  Skyline Country Club at 7pm
  Tickets: $150 per person
• Pro-Exhibition and Tennis Tournament -- Sunday, March 29th
  Randolph Tennis Center at 10am
  Tickets: $25 per spectator (includes food, drink, live music, health/wellness
  fair, & great tennis!)

The Gootter Grand Slam 2009 will feature fomer number-one
ranked player in the world, Mats Wilander.
